Sphinx distinction
Sphinx/Oasis gifts are not governed by the same one-person artifact claim behavior. Each activated Sphinx location provides an individual claim for eligible players.

Routing implication: greenification is simultaneously progression and scouting. A region that looks strategically complete can still contain undiscovered reward value.
