Target value matters more
A larger bank is tempting, but the best declaration is still the matchup you can actually convert into a Furnace kill. Prize size without win probability is a trap.
Defense failures hurt more
A lost defense now exposes a larger portion of accumulated Rare Soil. Furnace durability, attendance, partners, and replacement depth deserve more attention than in the earlier rounds.
Contribution matters
In a multi-attacker win, Furnace durability damage—not random enemy kills—drives the attacking Alliance's share. Keep the main damage effort on the objective.
Recheck the board
At Waiting and Declaration, confirm your current Ranking Group, attack or defense role, Furnace condition, eligible opponents, competing declarations, and the Rare Soil shown for each target.
Choose the fight, not the headline
For an attack, weigh target value against attendance, defender strength, likely assisting Alliances, and your ability to reach Furnace durability. For defense, lock the best available partner plan and replacement depth.
Lock Prep before it locks you
Finalize Furnace position and repair status before Preparation, then assign rally leaders, garrison groups, replacement groups, Warlord responsibilities, timer tracking, and communications.
Fight the actual objective
Attackers clear the garrison and keep sending damage into Furnace durability. Defenders keep the Furnace above zero until the live timer expires. Base pressure matters only when it helps that objective.
Reset for the next round
Record the result, Furnace damage, attendance, partner performance, missile outcome, and why the objective held or failed. Recheck Ranking Group and eligibility before the next declaration.
Convert the 30% opportunity
- Do not select a target only because it shows more Rare Soil.
- Name the battle caller and rally leaders before War.
- Keep strongest available objective squads free for the Furnace push.
- Coordinate with other attackers so your Alliance still contributes meaningful Furnace durability damage.
- Do not let kill chasing pull the main force away from the Furnace.
Protect the larger stake
- Enter Prep with the Furnace in the strongest practical condition and position.
- Confirm assisting Alliances and attendance before the battle begins.
- Use an announced opening garrison and replacement plan instead of random reinforcements.
- Recover quickly from disruption and keep replacement squads available.
- Counterattack only when it protects the Furnace objective or follows a command assignment.
2,000,000 Coal contribution goal
This is a combined Showdown reward-chest objective across the participating warzones, not a 2,000,000-Coal requirement for one player or one Alliance. Use the live Week 6 event/Furnace screen to track contribution progress and claim status.

Rare Soil Showdown
Raises the Rare Soil War plunder stake. Alliances still fight their normal Rare Soil matchups around the defending Alliance Furnace.
Faction Duel
A separate Week 7 faction-scale Capitol and Giant Cannon battle. It is not the same event as the Showdown modifier.

- The Rare Soil amount shown during Declaration is a stage snapshot and may not equal the target's live holdings later. Treat it as planning information, not a live bank balance.
- A 30% listed stake does not make a difficult target easier. Choose the matchup that gives your Alliance the best practical chance to win the Furnace objective.
- Do not treat enemy-unit kills as the attack objective. Furnace durability decides the war objective and attacker contribution.
