Treat the missile as part of the attack plan, not a standalone damage button. Time it so the contaminated area and forced relocations support the planned Furnace push.
Protect the Warlord during the three-minute preparation and make sure the Warlord does not relocate.
🟥 Warning
The event targeting preview is the screen to follow for the actual affected tiles on your server.
Missile restrictions
Defenders cannot use Warlord Missiles during Rare Soil War.
The skill can only be used during the pre-war and War stages of Rare Soil War, including during Prep.
The target must be within the defending Alliance Furnace’s effective range.
During launch preparation, the Warlord’s base is attackable and cannot shield. Relocating, being blasted away, or having the Warlord base breached causes the launch to fail and the skill to enter cooldown.
Missile durability deduction applies to all Alliance Furnaces within its effective range.
🟩 BlackBar Gaming recommends
Attackers should protect the Warlord for the entire preparation window. Defenders should treat disrupting the exposed Warlord as a valid way to stop a launch because they cannot answer with their own Warlord Missile.
in-game Warlord risk rules
Only the Warlord can use the skill, and the missile target must be inside the target Alliance Furnace range.
Starting the skill removes the Warlord’s Shield and prevents that Shield from being activated again until the skill is successfully cast.
Launch preparation, cooldown, explosion radius, Contaminated Land duration, and Furnace durability damage can be shown as event-state values; use the live event screen when a value differs.
🟥 Warning
The standard Contaminated Land area is 25×25. Launch preparation is three minutes, and a failed launch caused by relocation or a breach during preparation triggers a 72-hour cooldown. If the live event screen shows a different value, follow the live event screen.
