Current client: 6 items displayed; one item always free; up to 8 refreshes/day; shop changes only when manually refreshed.
Unused refresh attempts carry over and retain their cost type.
Black Market Cash from Secret Tasks does not count toward the normal daily BM Cash limit.

DETAILED GUIDE

Current readable client rules expose three important mechanics:

Black Market displays 6 items.
One item is always free.
Up to 8 refreshes per day are available.
The shop refreshes only when the player manually refreshes it.
Unused refresh attempts carry over to the next day.
The refresh retains its cost type; a free refresh carried forward remains free.
Black Market Cash from Secret Tasks does not count toward the normal daily BM Cash limit.

Always claim the free item.
Do not burn refreshes just because reset is approaching.
Compare permanent/rare progression value before buying generic resources.
Use Secret Tasks as an additional Cash source even after normal activity-source limits are reached.

Maintained-current post-season evidence supports later access to Kimberly/DVA/Tesla activation shards/chests through the Black Market ecosystem.

Keep exact inventory/price tables dynamic/live-screen based because shop rotations can change.
