Facts
- City capture limit: 2 per day; Season 3 maximum held Cities: 8.
- Trade contests currently run 12:00 server time except Wednesday/Saturday.
- Return of the Dead occurs Tuesday/Friday.
- Goldust Conquest currently uses a Wednesday/Saturday war cadence.
- Week 7 qualification and final battle require separate plans.
BlackBar Gaming recommends
- Use one authoritative alliance timer/message per event.
- Track CR leaders and the next target requirement.
- Audit Alliance Center resource claims and damage.
- Keep a living route plan for Strongholds/Cities/Oasis instead of reacting tile by tile.
- Prepare Week 8 reward allocation before settlement.
Watch out
- Do not let older launch-era guides override the current live rule screen.
- Give members the actionable rule plus the live timer or tooltip whenever a value can change.
Faction Duel ownership handoff
Before the finale, assign one caller and backups for Capitol, Cannons, factories, reserves, and missile clearance.
Outgoing officers must pass the live timer, current objective state, and pending missile decisions to the next shift.
Open the Faction Duel command boardWar lock sheet
- Goldust: repair before Preparation; confirm assistants and live combat length; one caller owns Center GO/HOLD and missile finish risk.
- Territory: confirm legal connection, declaration slot, target type, progress rule and protection timer before each capture.
- Trade: name the intended Governor because progress is individual.
- Faction Duel: publish faction progress, Cannon owners, alliance-specific factory owners, reserves and missile clearance authority.
- Return of the Dead: finish any Center relocation before the attack stage and confirm garrison/replacement owners.

Assign owners before the system opens
| Workstream | Owner should track |
|---|---|
| Territory | Stronghold/City route, declarations, protection expiry, Oasis adjacency |
| Economy / Alliance Center | Center milestones, secondary buildings, claims, damage and range |
| Trade | 12:00 contest cadence, target Post, caravan activation and store reset |
| Goldust Conquest | Matchup, assistance eligibility, attack/defense roles, Warlord/Muse authority |
| Faction Duel | Invasion Right activities, Missile Factory plan, final battle calls |
| Settlement | Final ranking, reward allocation, claims, spend/convert deadlines |
One officer can own more than one workstream. The important part is that every system has a named decision-maker before members need an answer.
