Recommended starting position
War Leader is most effective when the player has a specific assignment. Select the route that matches how you fight, then buy the prerequisites required to reach it.

Prioritize Inspire, Team Strike, Riot Control, and Assault Squad. Add Hyper War Fever when Craze is already maxed and you can maintain War Fever.
Rally leader
Team Strike supports every rally. Rally Guard and Rally Vanguard apply only when you initiate a world-map PvP rally.
Garrison specialist
Use Garrison Haste to arrive sooner, then Tactical Garrison and Garrison Boost for allied-base defense. The two combat effects are non-stackable, so coordinate specialists.
Base specialist
Hold the Base strengthens your own wall-defense heroes. Base Strike strengthens heroes specifically when attacking enemy bases.
Battlefield player
Combat Raider applies only in Desert Storm and Winter battlefields, making it valuable for frequent participants but not a universal priority.
Role-defining skills
🟩 BlackBar Gaming recommends
- For most combat builds, start with broadly active effects before narrow mode-specific skills.
- Rally joiners can benefit from Team Strike, but Rally Guard and Rally Vanguard require the player to initiate the rally.
- Assign garrison specialists instead of having many members duplicate non-stackable effects.
- Treat Banner Upgrade and Provocation as coordinated alliance tools rather than passive personal-stat purchases.
🟥 Warning
- The table reports the photographed Level 1 values and the maximum level shown by the tree. It does not multiply Level 1 values into an not yet clear final total.
- “No mode restriction stated” means the current tooltip gives none; it does not prove that undocumented exclusions are impossible.
