🟨 Declaration target eligibility — same group only
- You may declare only on an Alliance in the opposing faction that is in the same Rare Soil Ranking Group as your Alliance.
- Example: if your Alliance is in Group 1, a Group 2 Alliance is not an eligible declaration target. Group 1 attacks eligible Group 1 opponents; Group 2 attacks eligible Group 2 opponents, and so on.
- The exact numeric rank ranges inside each group can change by rollout, so use the live Declaration screen to confirm your current group and eligible opponents.
Rare Soil battle · non-War Day
Declared attackers can still march directly on the enemy Alliance Furnace. For cross-Warzone base PvP, the current Season 2 rules limits non-War-Day attacks to bases inside Contaminated Land.
Rare Soil battle · War Day
Declared attackers can march directly on the Furnace, and Saturday War Day allows broader cross-Warzone base attacks. Shields and other live event restrictions still apply.
One target: Furnace durability
Enemy-unit kills can add War Score, but they do not destroy the objective. The attacking side wins only by reducing the defending Alliance Furnace to zero durability before the battle timer expires.
Attack rules
- Only an Alliance that declared war on the target can march on the defending Alliance Furnace.
- The attacking Alliance does not need a territory connection to attack the defending Alliance Furnace.
- The Furnace can hold up to 100 reinforcing squads. Attackers must defeat defending squads before attacks can reduce Furnace durability.
- Continuous marching is disabled against the Alliance Furnace, so every repeat attack or rally must be sent deliberately.
- If the Furnace reaches zero durability before the live timer ends, the attackers win; if it survives, the defense wins.
- When multiple attacking Alliances win, the normal Rare Soil split is based on each Alliance’s share of Furnace durability damage—not enemy-unit kills.

Before Declaration closes, compare the live timer format, target Furnace strength, expected attendance, possible defense partners, competing attackers, and the Rare Soil snapshot. Do not select from ranking alone.
Lock the command team
Name one battle caller, a War Status/timer watcher, rally leaders, the Warlord protection team, and members assigned to handle enemy-base pressure. Everyone else stays focused on Furnace access and durability.
Synchronize the opening
If using the Warlord Missile, time the three-minute launch preparation so ready marches can act on the disruption. Protect the revealed Warlord and do not allow the main attack to wait unprepared after impact.
Break the garrison
Use designated rally leaders and repeated attack calls to remove defending squads. Keep arrival gaps short enough that the defense has less time to refill open garrison slots.
Convert the opening
As soon as attacks begin reaching Furnace durability, keep the main damage squads on the Furnace. If defenders refill the garrison, clear it again and immediately return to durability damage.
Command the final minutes
Call the remaining time, confirm which rally leaders are still active, and stop unrelated fights from consuming main marches. A partial durability result can earn battle rewards, but only zero durability produces the attack victory.
Assign these jobs before War
- Battle caller: gives one clear attack instruction and changes it only when the objective state changes.
- Status watcher: tracks the live timer, Furnace garrison, Furnace durability, missile status, and participants.
- Rally leaders: repeat the announced calls because continuous marching is disabled.
- Warlord team: protects the Warlord throughout missile preparation and watches for breach or relocation risk.
- Pressure team: handles specifically assigned enemy bases without pulling the main Furnace-damage squads away from the objective.
What every attacker should do
- Before War: heal, recall unnecessary marches, and keep your strongest required squad available.
- At the call: join only the designated rally leaders or attack wave.
- After each march returns: read the newest order and resend quickly if the same call remains active.
- If defeated or relocated: regroup, heal as practical, and report if your main squad can no longer continue.
- Do not chase random bases, zombies, gathering targets, or personal kills while the Furnace objective needs your march.
Garrison remains full
Continue synchronized garrison-clearing rallies. Do not split the main force into unrelated base fights.
Garrison keeps refilling
Reduce the dead time between waves, keep repeat calls visible, and confirm members are resending instead of waiting silently.
Furnace durability is open
Call the conversion immediately: main squads hit the Furnace until defenders refill or durability reaches zero.
Missile is unavailable or fails
Continue the rally plan. The missile supports the attack; it is not the attack’s win condition.
Enemy bases pressure attackers
Use only the assigned pressure group unless leadership changes the order. Protect the main objective damage cycle.
Multiple Alliances are attacking
Coordinate the shared destruction objective while tracking your Alliance’s durability contribution, because that contribution determines the normal Rare Soil share after victory.
🟩 BlackBar Gaming recommends
- Publish one short order before War: target, start time, rally leaders, Warlord plan, and the rule that main squads remain on the Furnace objective.
- Use the live matchup timer—not a memorized 40-minute assumption. Imbalanced matchups can shorten the available attack window to 30 or 20 minutes.
- Treat the Warlord Missile as an opening tool. Launch only when the Warlord can be protected and the attack group is ready to exploit the disruption.
- Separate kill pressure from objective damage. Enemy kills may improve War Score, but Furnace durability damage decides victory and attacker contribution.
- After the battle, record the target, matchup timer, attendance, missile result, highest durability window, final Furnace durability, and the main reason the push succeeded or stalled.
Ready-to-post attack instructions
RARE SOIL ATTACK: Keep your strongest assigned squad and marches free before War. Follow the named rally leaders. Our objective is the enemy Alliance Furnace—not random bases or kills. Resend as soon as your march returns while the call remains active. If you are relocated or can no longer attack, report it immediately and wait for the next instruction.
🟥 Warning
- Exact target geometry, defender activity, partner participation, march distance, and available battle time change every war. This playbook is an adaptable command structure, not a guaranteed formation or fixed attack route.
- The live War Status, target screen, missile targeting preview, and battle timer override any subject to change value shown differently here.
in-game additions for attackers
- Normal attacker victory plunders 20% of the defender’s Rare Soil; the separate higher-plunder event modifier raises the active rate to 30%.
- If the defending Furnace is at 0 durability or has not been built when War starts, the defense is an immediate defeat. With multiple attackers in that immediate-defeat case, the lootable Rare Soil is split evenly.
- Using Training or Healing Speed-Up items during War can add event Points. Attackers also gain Points from successful Furnace durability damage.
- Defenders cannot use Warlord Missiles during Rare Soil War.
- Wednesday base fighting is restricted by non-War-Day Contaminated Land rules; Saturday War Day allows broader cross-Warzone base attacks. Direct Furnace access remains available to declared attackers on both days.
🟩 BlackBar Gaming recommends
- On Wednesday, keep the main plan Furnace-first because normal enemy bases outside Contaminated Land are not general cross-Warzone targets.
- On Saturday, use broader base pressure only when leadership assigns it to protect or improve the Furnace damage cycle.
- Use healing or training speed-ups for Points when they also help your combat recovery or troop plan; do not waste them solely to inflate the score.
