ScopeWEEK 1 · FOUNDATION

🟦 Facts

  • Season 2 adds the Distressed Survivor radar mission, which can reward Coal.
  • First-time seasonal monster kills are important early sources of Coal and Titanium Alloy.
  • The eligible daily Doom Walker first-blood reward can provide seasonal resources after the Season 2 map is active.
  • the game update text says the old Season-resource Alliance Resource Tiles spawned by Doom Elite kills were removed.
  • The current remaining Alliance Resource Tile rule lists a 5% appearance chance after killing monsters, limited to one trigger per day. If triggered, Food, Iron, and Coin tiles are each listed at 33.33%.

📡 Day 1 radar strategy

  1. Before Season 2 begins, keep a useful bank of completed/available radar missions without allowing the radar cap to waste new missions.
  2. After the winter map is active, clear the bank and look for Distressed Survivor tasks and other seasonal rewards.
  3. Do the same with your first eligible Doom Walker: do not consume the daily first-blood opportunity before the season transition if you are trying to maximize the opening resource gain.

🟩 BlackBar Gaming recommends

  • Stack radar intelligently before the season instead of blindly filling the cap; the goal is to enter Day 1 with missions ready without discarding new ones.
  • Treat a generic Alliance Resource Tile as a bonus when it appears, but do not hunt Doom Elites expecting the removed Coal/Titanium season-resource tiles.
  • Treat monster first-kill rewards as an opening accelerator, not a replacement for Factory production and territory income.

🟥 Warning

  • First-kill reward amounts remain subject to change. the game does publish the generic Alliance Resource Tile appearance rule, while also retaining an in-game rule that removed Season-resource-type tiles from Doom Elite drops.
  • Season-specific radar rewards disappear at settlement.

Current Alliance Resource Tile rule

  • Season-resource Alliance Resource Tiles from Doom Elite kills were removed in a the game in-game rule.
  • The current generic monster-drop rule is 5% for an Alliance Resource Tile, with the trigger limited to once per day.
  • If it triggers, Food, Iron, and Coin are each listed at 33.33%. Do not plan Season 2 Coal/Titanium progression around Doom Elite tile drops.
