SEASON 2

Profession Overview

Choose a profession for the job you actually perform.

ScopeREFERENCE & TOOLS

🟦 Facts

  • Engineer and War Leader are different toolkits, not a simple weak-versus-strong choice. Engineer concentrates on growth, resources, construction, research, and alliance utility. War Leader concentrates on combat, rallies, garrison support, and specialized PvP roles.
  • Profession EXP is earned through seasonal activity, including killing seasonal monsters, capturing Cities, and upgrading seasonal buildings.
  • The profession level cap remains 70 after Season 2. Season-specific skills are disabled at settlement and their Skill Points are refunded.
  • A live Engineer screen at Profession Level 47 showed 53 total Skill Points. Do not assume that Profession Level equals total available Skill Points.

🟨 Rules & schedules

  • Blue Facts summarize game mechanics.
  • Green Recommendations explain how to use those mechanics; they are not game rules.
  • An exact end value is omitted whenever only the first level or part of the progression has been captured.

🟩 BlackBar Gaming recommends

  • Most players should begin with Engineer and keep it while construction, research, and seasonal-resource efficiency remain important.
  • Consider War Leader when growth savings are no longer the bottleneck, your alliance needs a defined combat role, and you have the required profession-change item.
  • Choose by role and current bottleneck rather than switching on a universal week or copying another player’s exact point total.

🟥 Warning

  • War Leader is the profession name. Warlord is also used for an alliance role; the two are not interchangeable.
  • Skill Points vary with progression and rewards. This guide therefore recommends priorities and roles instead of publishing one fixed allocation for every player.

Profession EXP after the season Level Cap

  • Each season can have a different Profession Level Cap.
  • After reaching that cap, additional Profession EXP no longer raises the current-season Profession level.
  • the game says the extra EXP is stored at a certain ratio and mailed at the start of the next season.
  • The exact storage ratio is not listed here; use the value shown in game.
