- An alliance can own a maximum of six Cities.
- Only alliance leadership can initiate the declaration process.
- Before Season Week 4, City war declarations can be made on any day after the City level is unlocked.
- Starting in Season Week 4, City war declarations are limited to Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- An alliance has a maximum of two City war declarations per eligible day.
- An adjacent owned Dig Site is required before declaring on a City.
- Each alliance can target only one City at a time.
- Cities cannot be captured across warzones in Season 2.

- Captured Cities provide alliance buffs, heat, and Rare Soil production.
- A City capture requires clearing its defenders and reducing City durability to zero.
- City siege can directly kill a portion of troops; the City screen shows the current loss information.

Keep marches free for the announced siege, use the squad requested by leadership, and participate before the City falls if you need first-capture participation rewards.

Confirm adjacency, unlock timing, declaration availability, expected participation, troop losses, and the next route before committing one of the alliance’s limited declarations.
