Celebration Week 2

On newer server rollouts, Celebration Week 2 introduces the Dripper radar progression, Full Mobilization / Secret Oil Tasks, and Trade Expansion.
Dripper radar tasks and Secret Oil Tasks require HQ 27+.
Trade Expansion uses truck-dispatch activity and can include a Truck Dispatch ranking.
Bingo Tasks, Black Market, and Champion Duel now commonly begin in Celebration Week 2; older server guides may show them starting in Week 3.
Champion Duel uses a submitted lineup, so improvements made after registration should be synced in the event before later battles.

DripperNew Celebration radar progression. Save enough radar attention to actually complete its tasks instead of letting them sit.

Full MobilizationSecret Oil Tasks and their ranking activity. These are most useful when they overlap the growth work you already planned.

Trade ExpansionTruck-dispatch activity and possible ranking. Keep dispatches moving instead of forgetting them.

BingoA board of normal account tasks that pays row, column, and full-board rewards.

Black MarketRotating post-season shop/event. Open it daily while active and judge the current stock, not an old shopping list.

Champion DuelLonger-running PvP tournament. Register on time and re-sync the submitted lineup after meaningful squad upgrades.

Check Dripper / radar tasks first so you do not waste easy completions.
Review Secret Oil Tasks and complete the ones that fit your account plan.
Dispatch trucks so Trade Expansion keeps moving.
Open Bingo and Black Market daily while they are active.
After upgrading squads, confirm your Champion Duel lineup inside the event if that system is live.

Do not burn resources solely to chase every Celebration leaderboard. Stack actions with your normal growth plan where possible.
Open Black Market daily while active and evaluate the current stock rather than relying on an old season shopping list.
Champion Duel punishes neglect more than low spending; a synced lineup often matters more than one more upgrade left unapplied.

Week 2 versus Week 3 timing changed between server generations. BlackBar Gaming follows the newer maintained Week 2 placement but tells you to trust your live event timer.
HQ 27+ gating matters. If an account does not meet it, focus the accessible Week 2 systems instead of assuming something is bugged.
